Annie BEliveau
Annie Beliveau (she/her) is a multitalented musician who believes in cultivating curiosity and openness in listening. Now active in early music, new music, and Balkan music projects in New York City, she trained as a composer, singer, conductor, and researcher at Middlebury College in Vermont and Oxford University in England. She enjoys creating musical experiences that incorporate historical and theoretical context, as well as integrating composition and performance into her scholarly work. She currently studies music theory and analysis at the CUNY Graduate Center. Annie’s compositions have been performed across the Eastern United States and internationally in the Baltic states. She especially enjoys writing for voices.
